The Atlas Global event processor Clustering firmware algorithm. V3.0.0 developed under vivado 2023.2 Tested on hardware, Versal Dev kit board VKP1802. Main hardware test with custum framework while testing IPBus for large data set file laoding to FPGA memory

Future project, to handle cell data from the MUX sent to the GEP Boards. This firmware layer will sort and organize raw cell data from use by trigger algorithms on the GEP boards that use raw data.

There were a few differnt variants of the orignal task of a clustering firmware algorithm. during this reserch phase to support the firmware algorithm, offline python versions of the algorithm were used to validate hardware output and physics studies were used to guide the evolution of the topoclustering algorithm till it became the Preprocessing, cell tower version.
